Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food ingredients, edible decorations) cannot be returned.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable.

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed once we inspect the returned item.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • If the item was defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover return shipping costs.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used baking ingredients.
  • Gift cards and downloadable products.
  • Clearance or sale items.
